How It Works

1. Choose a gift card amount.
2. Select "This is a gift" check box.  This opens a form for you to enter the recipient's email and your personal message to the recipient.
3. Complete checkout.
4. The eGift card is delivered by email after purchase.  This happens in minutes, most often immediately.
5. The recipient can use the gift card code at checkout on future K&A purchases.

Can a K&A eGift Card be ReGifted, forwarded or provided to someone else later?

Yes. After purchase, one may forward the K&A eGift Card email or share the gift card code with an intended recipient. The recipient can use the code at checkout on future K&A purchases.

Please treat the gift card code like cash. Anyone with access to the code may be able to redeem the available balance. For the best experience, forward the original gift card email so the recipient has both the gift card link and redemption code.

How to Check the Gift Card Balance

To check your remaining K&A eGift Card balance, open the original gift card email and click the gift card link. The gift card page will show the current remaining balance.

If you cannot find the original gift card email, contact K&A customer support with the purchaser’s name, email address, and order number if available. We can help verify the gift card and resend available balance information when appropriate.

Customers can check a gift card balance from the gift card page linked in their gift card email.

• Gift card codes are redeemed at checkout.
